About me
Meet Aila
I've always been fascinated by health and the human body. In fact, there was a time when I considered becoming a doctor – until I realised that medicine and I had one small problem: I can't look at blood.
The next best thing? Helping people improve their health in a different way.
I love life to be colourful, active and full of interesting challenges. Over the years, I've learned that having the energy to enjoy all those things starts with one important foundation: health.
To me, health is not about chasing perfection or following the latest trends. It's about understanding your body and giving it what it needs to thrive.
And that's where things get interesting.
I've never believed in one-size-fits-all solutions. What works wonderfully for one person may do very little for another. Our genetics, life experiences, habits and health history all shape our individual needs.
I became so fascinated by this idea that I decided to study Nutritional Therapy at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond, UK. Four years later, I graduated with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and went on to further my studies with a course in Integrative Sports Nutrition.
Today, I combine curiosity, compassion and evidence-based practice to help my clients make sense of their symptoms and find an approach that works for them – not for the average person on the internet.
I particularly enjoy working with people who feel stuck despite their efforts. The ones who have already tried many things, know quite a bit about health and nutrition, and are ready to look beyond generic advice to understand what their body may be trying to tell them.
Because sometimes the answer isn't to try harder.
It's to understand yourself better.
If you're ready to become curious about your health and discover what your body needs to thrive, I'd love to support you on that journey.
